My female owner achieved something which she probably never did before. Within a span of 5 days, she exercised on 4 days! Three times, she went jogging around her estate and once, for a powerpacked aikido session with big-sized ang mohs. Save for the aikido session which she attended alone, she had running friends to push her along (this is essential as she hates jogging).
You see, she said she gained 2kg within 2 weeks and felt paranoid about the future... of her weight/ figure/ clothes/ self-esteem/ health.
Hence, the outburst of exercise. Wonder how long it would last.
